Glen Park

This 1908 single family home was taken down to the studs and reconfigured to capture views of a giant redwood and the bay beyond.  To create new rooms beneath the existing house, ALM excavated into solid rock and replaced the foundation.  With a full seismic upgrade, new building systems, and custom finishes, the home is ready to face the next 100 years.
